Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms of service apply to the use of the Discord bot "DC-Bot" and the associated dashboard at dashboard.dc-bot.de, provided by DC-Bot (Keno Moritz, Herford).

2. Service Description

DC-Bot is a Discord bot service with a dashboard for managing Discord servers. The current feature scope, limits and prices of each plan are shown in the public plan comparison.

3. Usage Requirements

• You must be at least 13 years old (Discord's minimum age)
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• You may not use the bot for illegal activities
• You may not abuse the bot (spam, DDoS attacks, etc.)

4. Plans and Payments

DC-Bot is offered in Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum plans. Available billing periods, the total price and any applicable taxes are displayed before a binding purchase.

5. Availability

We monitor the service continuously and strive for high availability. No specific service level is guaranteed unless agreed separately. Maintenance and disruptions will be communicated where reasonably possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

DC-Bot is not liable for damages resulting from service outages, data loss or faulty bot actions, unless this is due to gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

7. Termination

You can remove the bot from your server at any time. Paid subscriptions can be terminated at any time at the end of the billing period. DC-Bot reserves the right to revoke access immediately for violations of these terms.

8. Amendments

DC-Bot reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Applicable Law

German law applies, without restricting mandatory consumer protection provisions. Statutory rules on jurisdiction remain unaffected.
