Which data we collect

• Server log data (IP, timestamp, requested URL)
• Discord user ID and username (for dashboard login)
• Server-specific bot configurations
• Ticket content and transcripts
• OAuth credentials in encrypted form as well as session and security data
• Payment and contract references when a paid plan is used

Purpose of processing

• Operation and security of the service
• Error diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Bot functionality (moderation, tickets, economy etc.)

Legal basis

Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung)
Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO (berechtigtes Interesse)

Storage duration

• Technical logs: only as long as required for operation, security and troubleshooting
• Bot configurations: until deleted by an authorized user or service termination, unless retention is legally required
• Ticket transcripts: until manual deletion

Data sharing with third parties

Daten können durch Discord, Infrastruktur- und Hostinganbieter, den ausgewählten Zahlungsanbieter sowie durch externe Dienste verarbeitet werden, die ein Serveradministrator ausdrücklich konfiguriert. Übermittelt werden nur die für den jeweiligen Zweck erforderlichen Daten.
